If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the information below and submit your request using the form at the bottom of the page.

[Regarding application and return deadlines]

[Regarding damage and initial defects]

For damage or initial defects reported within 5 days of product delivery, we will provide a free exchange at our expense.

• If more than 5 days have passed, we cannot offer a free exchange for initial defects.
• Depending on stock availability or limited edition products, if an exchange product cannot be prepared, a refund may be issued.

[Regarding returns and size exchanges]

Returns and size exchanges for reasons other than initial defects, such as a difference in image or incorrect size, will only be accepted for unused products (tried on indoors only).

In such cases, the following costs will be borne by the customer. Please understand this in advance.

• "Return shipping fee" for product return
• "Bank transfer fee" incurred when processing a refund (for returns)

※Please note that we cannot accept returns sent cash on delivery or with similar payment methods. Please ensure returns are sent prepaid (at customer's expense).

[Cases where returns/exchanges cannot be accepted]

• If the application is made more than 5 days after the product delivery.
• If the product is not returned within 1 week (7 days) after receiving our acceptance notification.
• Products that show signs of being worn outdoors or used multiple times.
• Products that have scratches, dirt, transferred perfume scent, or damage caused by the customer.
• If there is no prior contact via the application form.

[Important notes on packaging for returns]

For returning items, please re-package them using the original packaging materials you received and proceed with the return.

※Please note that returns packaged in ways other than specified may not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

• Desired action (Return or Exchange)
• Specific reason (If it's a size exchange, the desired size)

① Submit form
② We will confirm the details (within 1-2 business days)
③ Notification of return address and detailed procedures
④ Return the product within 1 week of notification
⑤ After confirming product arrival, we will inspect it and process the refund/exchange
