2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Methods
Shipping: Free shipping nationwide
Delivery company: Yamato Transport (Takkyubin / Nekopos)
For gift wrapping deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, delivery will be via Japan Post.

Gift Wrapping:
We offer gift wrapping for gifts to loved ones.
If you would like gift wrapping, please select it in the gift wrapping section (below the product price) when placing your order.
Message card:
We offer a free, fully custom-made message card exclusively for customers who order gift wrapping.
If you would like a message card, please write "Message card request" in the comments section when ordering or on our official LINE account, and write the message you would like.

packing:
The gift box and gift bag will be delivered in the same box.
When giving the gift, please open the gift box and place it in the gift bag before giving it to someone.

4. About backordered products
We carefully source each item from our affiliated workshops both domestically and overseas.
Depending on inventory availability, transportation conditions, customs procedures, weather, etc., delivery may take longer than expected.
We apologize for keeping you waiting, but we appreciate your understanding.
In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with an updated estimated shipping date.

5. Regarding missed delivery notices, redelivery, and incorrect addresses

Redelivery
→Please note that any parcels that have not been stored for the specified period will be returned to our store, and additional shipping charges will be incurred for re-shipment after the return.
Address entry error
→As a general rule, we cannot accept address changes after shipment. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or a change of address, you may be charged a shipping fee for reshipment.
